We appreciated the affordable price and great location. The owner was helpful, and the convenience of breakfast was a nice touch. the cramped room made it challenging, especially with a baby, and the noisy air conditioner was disruptive. While there were some amenities, the dated facilities and cleanliness left room for improvement. Nonetheless, the nearby attractions made for enjoyable family outings.

The room was absolutely fantastic & spacious, came with great water pressure, great breakfast, for example. Location: the hotel was close enough to trucks parked in the parking area, The Longyard pub and Golden Guitar, and Tamworth for a sporting event.
The bed was a bit hard, that's my bad luck.

The room was unbearable with a terrible smell and filthy surfaces. Blood stains on the walls, dirty pillows, and a dank fridge made it worse. I couldn't relax at all, and the smoky air from outside was suffocating.

Had a very nice stay here during our trip. The hotel was in a good and magnificent location close enough to restaurants for dinner, and Close to main street for what we wanted it for. Had tea and goodies at Strings and Beans, nestled 12 mi of the property.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a short getaway. Breakfast was a nice bonus, and the staff went above and beyond to help. Just a heads-up, the rooms are on the smaller side, but the value is great!

The modern amenities and perfect cleanliness made me feel right at home, enhancing my overall experience. The swift Wi-Fi connection was a significant bonus, allowing me to work effortlessly during my visit.
The only minor drawback was the slightly limited selection of channels on the television, which could use an update.

I had a pretty decent stay! The location was super convenient, right on the main road and close to takeaways and a lovely pub. I really appreciated how clean and cozy my room was – the bed was super comfy, and the shower had awesome water pressure! Plus, breakfast options were available, which was a nice surprise for the price I paid.
The driveway was rough, and parking felt a bit cramped at times. I had to wait longer than expected at check-in, and the reception staff could’ve been a bit friendlier. The room was also a bit small for my liking, especially for three adults. All in all, it was an okay stay, but some areas could use improvement.

The room was spotlessly clean and had a cozy vibe that made it feel like home. the bed was so comfy and the shower was perfect after a long day. Plus, the free breakfast was a lovely bonus, with lots of tasty options that really hit the spot.
Wasn't a fan of the rough driveway; it was a bit bumpy to navigate.
